My grandma is killing herself taking care of my aunt. She fell a few months trying to help my aunt and laid on the floor for 14 hrs until someone found her, We've have wonderful caretakers ask for better specific hours to help with the needs and the management tell them no because others want the hours but yet nobody comes in during those hours. They tell certain caregivers to go different places and then not send anyone over to my grandma's. This place is a joke, if you have to send a caretaker somewhere, maybe I should suggest sending someone that isn't on a schedule to go take care of your private clients. I won't be recommending anyone to this business.

This was the last straw for me, after pulling myself out of work, my child out of class, and driving all over the county only to find my appointments nonexistent twice in two weeks, she had the nerve to not only not apologize but to blame me and interrupt me. I drove to the office to talk to someone and not only would they not talk to me (they have in-house billing) but the front desk woman was exceptionally rude. I called the # on the bill where a lovely woman looked at my account and after some digging realized that it was their fault - she told me they had billed my insurance incorrectly and that she would fix it. She also told me just to ignore any others bills. It's now been another 5 months and I have now gotten a bill from a collection agency. It's not worth the hassle - Go Somewhere Else if you can.
