I know for a fact that you were not in the room when the doctor and I had said discussion. The reason the insurance would not cover the cost of the mole removal was because it did not display all the indicators of cancer that it in fact could be completely normal for the rest of my life. Their treatment of my mom is the very definition of elder abuse and fraud. Cheryl enrolled my mom into a plan that was in no way to my mom's benefit. To boot, she did it out of cycle so my mom continues to receive invoices for late enrollment. In spite of numerous visits to the Nampa office and literally begging to be removed from the plan in which she was enrolled, HIA continued my mom's enrollment into 2024. They even went so far as to tell her that "nobody here will help you" the last time she called in December 2023 to make sure she had been un-enrolled. Absolutely shameful. I'm not sure how Cheryl sleeps at night.

When I went to their offices for some assistance with something and Ernest was out for the day (at a conference) I was assisted by their very helpful staff and got the answers I needed. So let me be clear this office had to contend with what many including this office say this is the bigger post they have ever seen The procedure took two visits over 6 total hours. They kept me comfortable and at ease the entire time. The doctor said I won't give up until you want me to and he never did. To that end he was able to successfully retreat my root canal.
