Appointments get dropped, Ladette asks them to call and reschedule, they don't. They confirm the original appointment anyway, and I'm the one that ends up in tears because another morning has been wasted. They can't keep a receptionist, and it's probably because management is so bad and they expect the poor person answering the phone to handle all the blowback from patients like me. Therapy is supposed to help, not make it even harder to face the week of Christmas. Find any other therapy service.

They all do a such a good job about treating the individual kiddo with compassion and kindness, while offering firm boundaries and understanding for their unique circumstance.
