I needed to print a job for one of my assignments at the school, so I e mailed my project to Instant printing. Having previously exchanged e mails with whoever I'm assuming was in charge, I called him to ask if he received my file, which he responded he did. I Called next day to ask if it was ready, to which he responded again positive. When I get to the place, the guy didn't have the project ready, and he even alleged he never got the e mail. I went back to get the file and I personally gave it to him. Next day I go once again and when it was finally ready, the job was all out screwed up (btw the files were labeled and in order). The manager was rude and didn't pay attention the whole time, like he didn't care for costumer service or the job itself. I would recommend you never to use their services, even if its the only printing business that is close to the school.
