I am seriously grateful for Imbue salon! This place is everything that you want a salon to be. It's clean, quaint, conveniently located and filled with super talented hair stylists. I also love that there are only 3 stylists and it never feels busy. I used to live in New York and getting my hair done was a huge effort instead of a relaxing couple of hours. It's filled with talented hair stylists because Cassie did my hair for my wedding (if you are getting married you must call her) she also happens to be amazing at cut and color. Kat does an incredible job you can check out her work on their Instagram and I personally go to Kate! I kid you not my hair has transformed in the past year I have been going to Kate. I first did a balayage that was so natural with an incredible tone but I had been doing it for too long and after bleaching my hair it really took a toll on my hair. Kate recommended that I go back to natural color and get haircuts every 6 weeks. My hair is so much thicker, it's completely healthy, no split ends. My hair has not been this healthy since before I colored it when I was 16!!! They also have amazing products for skin and hair (they carry image skincare and Kevin Murphy hair products.) I found Kate through this Yelp page over a year ago and I am so happy I did!!!! I've had keratin treatments and cuts from her. No color yet. Since I've started going to Kate, my hair has actually gotten thicker and it's the healthiest it's ever been. My hair is naturally curly but I mostly wear it straight, so my cuts are a bit tricky.I try to make my appointments first thing in the morning (mostly weekends) so I don't know much about the other service providers in the salon. Love Kate! I normally get my hair done in Coral Springs but lately it's been hard to get out there, especially since my hairdresser only works 3 days a week. Kate came to the rescue and was able to fit me in her schedule within a couple days of my calling her and gave me a great cut! Short hair requires monthly maintenance and I was definitely due for a cut. Thanks so much to Kate for being there! I rarely write reviews, but I had such a great experience at Imbue Salon last month that I felt compelled to share. After years at a prior hair salon, it was time for a change. My hair stylist, Nichole, went above and beyond to make sure my first time getting my hair done with her at Imbue was exactly what I wanted. She has a real talent with highlights and made sure she got as close to the root as possible. She also cut my hair perfectly and made sure I was happy with the result. She was friendly and really cares about her clients. The salon itself is so nice! It's in an awesome location in a historic house off of Swinton so it is a really unique and cool experience to be there. Since it is in a former house, the layout inside the salon is really nice because there is plenty of space between the chairs. The shampoo room is set apart and is extremely relaxing as well! Finally, after all these years the hair gods have miraculously smiled down on me! After getting sick a few years ago I lost a huge amount of my hair. To my disbelief my poker straight hair came back in weird waves & tight knotty ringlets. I can't even begin to tell you how many salons I've been to trying to find an answer. All those trips ended in more confusion and no answers. I found out that this can be common w/ certain sicknesses or hormone changes. It's no surprise Miss Kate is taking off with her new salon Imbue. I am an artist myself, and watching her compare her color swatches to my hair in great detail, I knew I had found a winner. How I found Kate is by flagging down someone whose hair was stunning. In my opinion that is exactly how you find a great hairstylist. Boy was I right. Initially I wanted a ton of blonde in my hair. I am naturally a med/dark brunette and had gotten some amateur hour highlights in my hair which wasn't anywhere near the triple snap fabulous I was hoping it to be. So.. I am in Kate's cute salon, decorated the way I want my house to look. I felt instantly at home. She is easy to talk to, and led me in the opposite direction I was going. True Story. I like her focus on natural beauty. Most highlights you see around Florida are just so forced. They are harsh and look dated. I absolutely despise the "tiger stripe" look of coined "chunky" highlights. I sooo don't want chunks of anything in my hair. I have some grays I like to keep on the DL, but overall color just lacks depth and personality. She recommended Baliage which I hope to God I am spelling correctly, but I love it. It's a highlighting technique that is soft and sexy. She covered up my mini roots, and I left feeling great. She led me back to the dark side with luscious warm highlights that appear sunkissed.. and man do I dig it. Sorry Boston... Delray is going to lock this priceless princess down. read more

I recently went to Kate at imbue to get my mop of a head of hair tamed. Kate applied a keratin treatment and did an awesome job! For the first time in my life, my hair is beyong soft and manageable. I had varying lengths of hair that were not at all blended after a series of bad haircuts. I found Kate on Yelp and hoped that she could "bring it all together" for me. Kate explained that due to the difference in the varying lengths, if I wanted to keep my length (which I do!) she would have do transition cuts over a series of time to get me where I want to be. She was able to clean up my hair and shape it to make it more manageable. One of the things that impressed me most was her honesty, a lot of hair stylists would have promised me I'd leave looking fabulous, start clipping away, and I'd leave looking 10 times worse.
