Called them and they responded promptly to repair which I assumed was free but after the repair they charged me over $300 stating it was a flashing leak. So I paid them. On Christmas eve 2025 it leaked again in the same 2 places they had repaired in January causing the same interior damage again, I called and Eugene said they would be out 12/26/25 to take care of it. They never showed up and never called I attempted to call but got no answer. I guess once they have lots of your money you are of no priority to them. Don't trust them. I ended up having it repaired by others.

Of the three quotes we requested his was the most thorough and the best price so we decided to go with his company. They showed up on time day one, were organized and professional and were done the next evening. We had an issue with their equipment not being compatible with my outdoor outlets and tripping the circuit but they quickly fixed the problem and found a better place to plug in.
