This experience was exceptional! The company that installed my system has gone bankrupt so Tesla…read moredirected me to its trusted installers in the area. I picked Option one right at the top. Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

The installers were awesome and got me going quickly. So regarding the communication issues I had with the company, things happen, people get busy and sometimes delays do occur. I'm just glad we were able to get everything resolved. Pricing, I did get a couple of additional quotes and Option One blew them out of the water. Could it be those other companies assumed I needed the parts and labor? Maybe, but I was very clear that I had the parts already. Bottom line it never hurts getting quotes and going from there. Service, so I got all the paperwork done yesterday early afternoon and was scheduled today (5/1) at 8am. I do realize there needs to be a buffer between appointment time and actual arrival time, I usually just assume an hour after the appointment time. But the techs were here at almost exactly 8am. As I have very limited knowledge on solar panels, the fact none of them fell off my roof (panels or techs) and nothing blew up, then it's safe to say they did a fantastic job. In the end my system is fixed and I'm happy. Also if I ever need work done on my system again I'm calling these guys up.

The leaks caused some minor drywall damage. I went up on my roof and into my attic and could see that there was an issue with flashing around a skylight and also saw what appeared to be leaking where the roof top HVAC unit was mounted. The roof was a little unsightly due to years of applying tar to stop leaks. I checked reviews and recommendations online and found Verde Roofing and Exterior. I got a hold of Manny and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Manny came out on the same day. He inspected the roof and gave me his recommendation for a repair and the quote. I liked Manny's plan of action and his price was fair. The plan was to re-shingle around the skylight and the HVAC unit. I received quotes from two other companies, but I decided on Verde Roofing and Exterior because of Manny's plan. I was a little concerned when suddenly there was a forecast of rain, but Manny and his crew were able to start the job the very next day after we signed the contract, a day before the rain. Manny's crew seemed very experienced and had the job completed in one day. The job turned out great and there is a very good color match between the new and old shingles. Manny always maintained communication and he and his crew were always on time. I will not hesitate to reach out to Verde Roofing and Exterior again in the future.

Rick was able to look at our existing patio and assured me that he would be able to match what we have pretty closely. We hired Davis Patio Covers to get the job done. He was about two weeks out from giving a deposit and his wife, Megan, called to set up the dates. He dropped off all of the materials at our house and I paid him half of the remaining balance. It took him a couple of days to complete the job and he matched our existing patio perfectly. It looks like it's been there the whole time. He stays on site until your job is complete. He doesn't run off to another job site to keep it all going. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience we had with Rick.
