He actually pointed out that the rest of the components were still in good working condition and proceeded with just replacing the broken springs. The repair itself was completed in just over an hour, and Adam was both professional and clearly very skilled at what he does. After finishing the job, he even took the time to show me how to properly grease the moving parts so the new springs will last longer. He sprayed lubricant only on the left side of the garage door rollers, which fixed the issue. However, he then told me the spring was "coming apart," which was not true. Another garage company inspected it afterward and confirmed the spring was completely fine. I was charged $120 for a quick spray on a couple of rollers, and the additional claim about the spring was misleading.
