I usually end up going back to clean the areas that have been missed. Big Apple is tremendously thorough, due in part to the steam cleaner. It's done a great job on our kitchen tile. I also appreciate their use of green cleaning products. Their service price is pretty much on par with typical cleaning services even with the addition of the steam cleaning. They lack the superficial professionalism and friendliness of services like Eco Maids. But I'd rather have someone do a thorough job and be a little less friendly than be friendly and leave me feeling like I could have done a better job myself.
