This laundromat, though a bit rough around the edges and a little expensive for drop off, really delivers with quality. The ambiance: Its kind of dirty, definitely an old building, but the washers and dryers are in good condition, which is really all that matters. The service: There's one woman who works there as far as I can tell. She doesn't speak English very well but clearly does this day in and day out like a well oiled machine. The laundry: we dropped it off on Saturday, picked it up on Tuesday (although the woman said it would be ready the next day). Everything was very neatly folded and clean. She had even organized our clothes by shirts, pants, delicates, towels and nicer clothes. This different organizations were each roped off with a piece of paper to separate them. I saw a woman in my neighborhood wearing a shirt that I had brought here to be cleaned. And then I noticed that and another one were missing from my basket that I took to them to be washed and folded. Previously they took my ikea bag that I brought my clothes in and then put my clothes in trash bags. I cannot believe they take people's clothes. It's a disgrace, and they play dumb and act like they don't know what you're talking about and that they'll review the video.... lies. read more

Ive been dropping off my laundry here for two years and never had a complaint till recently. Two weeks ago i picked up my laundry and after i got home and started sorting through the closed i noticed that my 3 pairs of Levis jeans were missing. I called and spoke to an employee who told me to call back later when the other worker arrived.. To make a long story short: they denied "misplacing" my jeans, told me to look for them in my house, said "sorry theres nothing we can do", an when i went to take it up with the owners i found out they are on vacation IN CHINA till mid August... I'm still waiting and hoping they refund me for my jeans. Its been a nightmare! read more

Do not use this laundry. I had no complaints until recently when they "lost" one of my dresses. Not only did the owners deny ever having seen the dress (I have washed it here many times), but they laughed at me! Terrible customer service and just plain rude. I will never go back. read more

Clean, rarely crowded, and great owners. When it is busy, expect to wait a bit for a free dryer. There seems to be more washers than dryers. I can't review their drop-off service, but from what I've seen, they take care of the clothes. Standard costs ($1.75 for small washer, $3.25 for medium washer, $4.25 for person-sized washer, $0.25 for eight minutes on a dryer). read more

Often empty, washers and dryers actually work well, friendly vibe, not sketchy at all. i've never dropped my stuff off at a laundromat - i actually don't understand dropping off and leaving your clothes with strangers, no matter what place it is, unless you're good with your fancy clothes possibly getting lost or stolen in the mix (that's humanity)...mostly i just don't want someone having to touch my underwear. anyway...i'm creeping myself out. this place is perfectly decent and the machines take quarters. read more

Don't use the services here. This laundry that also has the address as 520 Isham street Is an awful place. I been there for a total of 4 times from June - August 2012 but never again. The place is dirty that includes the little washing -cars, baskets, bathroom, the towel they use to clean... The people attending are not people-person, no manners they are ignorant, and have no clue how to handle a business. Not to mention is overprice, $2.00 for the small load, $3.50 medium, 5.25 for the biggest load,$ 0.25 for 8 minutes in the dryer. Here are the details of my unacceptable experience in that place. In my fist and second visit I saw the workers mishandle clothes from the drop-off-service when clothes item failed to the floor while removing the load from the dryer they just retuned the item with the clean clothes to be folded. Additionally, I had place delicate clothes in the dryer at low temperature and left the business for the 30 minutes for the time that it was going to be drying. As I return before the machine finish I notice the worker had increase the temperature to high. When the worker saw me staring at the temperature setting he smile and said that he increase the time so that I don't complain that the clothes didn't dry! I just said "ok" and hopped that my clothes was not ruined. My third time it was a different person working yet I had the same problem with the temperature. My fourth time and last, was the WORSE, I put my clothes in the washer and left for 35 minutes. When I arrived the worker had place my clothes in a basket. I understand that if I'm not there when the load finish and someone needs the machine the rule is that the clothe will be remove but there was exactly 7 vacant machines of the same size and only 2 clients. The workers placed my clothes in a basket that was filthy. Very calmly but very sad I approach the worker and ask if she had taken out my clothes. She started yelling part of it not even in English; I only understood that she took it out because I was gone for a long time, to which I answered very calmly that the problem was the place where she put the clothes and not the action of her taking out the clothes. She continue screaming I guess to me and also to another worker, i'm no sure because it was in another language, I didn't said anything but put the clothes back in the washer. Still without said anything anything else I when to the Quoter changing machine to change money to put the rest of my clothes in the Dryer when the male worker came up to me and said "if you don't- like don't come anymore" to what I just answered "ok". As I was leaving to pick up the detergent from my home, I notice he turn on the machine to wash the clothes that had been in the dirty basket with no soap. He should've at least tell me that he was going to turn on the machine so that I could tell him to wait for me to get the detergent. To make the experience more dreadful, 2 of the dryers I picked for sheets and towels did not dry in 40 minutes-high, I had to change the machine and pay for 32 minutes for each of the 2 loads. After spending$ 28.50 paying the machines in that laundry I headed out walking by the workers and they didn't even acknowledge me. In non of my visits to this laundry did they said I'm sorry. I so wish things where different this is the only laundry I know of in this area, the business has a lot of machines and I never seen it crowded. read more
