Horrible. Why can't one thing on Fordham road work properly. These guys advertise opening at 7:30am but are rarely open before 8:15. I taken white shirts to clean and press and I get them back just as dirty, but pressed. I go to tailor a suit and they argue with me, rather than doing what I ask. I've seen people multiple times go in and ask how a stain got ok their garment and these ppl at Fordham cleaners soho them off. Horrible. If you can avoid coming here, do. If you can't, avoid it anyways. Oh! And I've been overcharged plenty of times. Check your receipts!!!!!! read more

My family and have been loyal customers for over ten years. They watched my son grow up. I never had any issues. I took my winter coat to be cleaned late summer. I open it to wear it for winter--my detachable hood is missing! I ask them and they said they would look for it. The next day they said that they never had the hood. I asked to reimbursed and Maggie--owner said she didn't know what to tell me because it's not there fault. Now I have a great winter coat with no hood. NEVER AGAIN! They lost good customers because they refused to compensate me for the hood...I asked for half of the amount for the coat and nothing. Customer service goes a long way and they screwed themselves because of this. I will be telling everyone about this. read more
