Absolute five stars all around! This is the only place I trust for our fur baby to be groomed. What sets Immaculate Pooch from other places is Nikki's interaction with him! Kobe has separation anxiety but Nikki handles that so well. She will come out & talk/play with him until he's comfortable before taking him away. It's come to a point now where Kobe will actually walk into the shop (this was before covid) whereas other times, he will run out the exist with all his might! They are always on time, they're amazing, & he always comes home looking handsome while smelling amazing. We love the feeling of assurance & trust when we come here! read more

I bring my yorkie/chiuaua mix in to Immaculate Pooch about every 4 months for her to be groomed and always feel welcome. Making appointments is easy. Usually I leave a message and am called back within the hour. When we arrive, Nikki takes my pup in with open arms and always double checks what style I'd like her groomed. She calls my cell phone promptly when she's done and I come back to find my happy puppy full of energy, cleaned, cut, and with bows in her hair. I've tried many groomers in the area, and this is the only groomer that actually does a good job removing my dog's extremely thick undercoat. When she interacts with my dog I can tell she is extremely kind and gentle. I definitely trust her to treat my dog well and do what is best for her. Even though it cost me a little more money to get her groomed here than other places I took my dog in the Worcester area, she did an amazing job and it was worth the extra money. read more

Nikki is wonderful with my little guys (shih tzus). They run into the shop to see her, and they always come out looking so adorable. She is also very patient with me being a crazy dog mom and wanting to chat beforehand. It always feels very calm and clean there, which is important to me. This was the most terrible grooming experience I've ever had. I was taking my dog for her very first grooming appointment at Immaculate Pooch scheduled for noon (was told last week there was a noon opening due to a cancellation but my dog would needed to be picked up by 3PM due to a special needs dog arriving - I arranged someone to pick her up according, as I usually don't get off work until around 4 or 5). The building was somewhat difficult to find, so I got there at 12:10 after walking through the front of the building versus the side - somewhat difficult to decipher where to enter. Nobody greeted me and I spent about 5 to 10 minutes talking to a client (she was really nice, I could tell you all about her two miniature dogs, she even showed me pictures - the best part about my experience). At this point - 12:17 precisely (I looked at the time on my phone), the what appeared to be groomer's assistant told me they have a policy where if 15 minutes late, I must reschedule - I clearly was not 15 minutes late because I had a lengthy conversation with a client in the waiting area before acknowledged at 12:17. I shared my dissatisfaction and at this point, the groomer came out and first didn't even know which appointment was scheduled for noon - "I don't even know what dog this is. Is this Tucker's brother?" (I don't know who Tucker is). She then condescendingly asked if I would show up late to a doctors appointment. Being a clinician myself, understanding that first time clients may be slightly late is generally universally understood. I had taken time to arrange pick up for my dog and find coverage at the hospital only to be told I must reschedule. Safe to say I'll go elsewhere. read more

My dog loves coming here and the girl that works here (possibly the owner?) is awesome! So nice. A lot of dog people I have dealt with don't know how to be polite with humans but she is great! They have a lot of dog supplies such as collars and treats for sale as well. read more

This place is fantastic. We have been bringing our two dogs here for a couple of years now. Our cavalier King Charles is tough to groom because of her long silky hair, but she always does a great job with her. Our other short haired mix is a bit shy to say the least but she does just fine getting groomed at immaculate pooch. A truly trustworthy groomer for our dogs! read more
