The dump pad has exposed trash that you have to drive over and a chance to get flat tires. There is litter all through out the dump and offsite. People are getting stuck because of loose dirt on the dump pad. I don't see how the county public works let's them get away with the quality of work that they do.

You may feel like a stranger amid the tumbleweeds and desert brush, but the burros will welcome you like an old friend...so long as you show up with a bag of crunchy goodies. The horses and burros quickly lose interest if you don't, although they'll make sure to look you up and down before you finish your drive around the perimeter of the facility, wondering where their midday snack is.
