WM corporation doesn't use the phones. Customers may try to use a chat bot, but the agents disconnect from that chat after 60 seconds, saying "I'm glad I was able to help you", while I didn't even finish typing my question. Visiting the WM website is special task for champions only! Links in the forms are broken. The navigation with multiple redirections to the same page was specifically set to make sure that people will go away and will never come back. Looking for one button which says "Set up a new service"? Don't even dream about it! You may try to use one of the email address which the chat bot agent will share, and then hope that within two weeks you might get a reply. So far, setting up a trash pick-up service in a small town in California by reaching out to the WM corporate headquarters in Huston seems to be the easiest solution.
