Child care during service is available. All ages can be involved in the church. Currently there are three people who preach. The lead pastor is Scott Longyear. He grew up in the Terre Haute area, and tends to relate the easiest to the parishioners because he is from the area. This is a very large church with a large following. When my wife were deliberating about moving to Terre Haute, for the sole purpose of attending New Life, we decided to make the decision based on the people and not our family. Family is also consistent and a great reason on its own, but the amazing attitude and kindness of the people was what really convinced us to make this our home. This is an Apostolic, Pentecostal church so you can expect great music, with a mix of Contemporary Worship and Black Gospel. People that generally don't like church and those that have different church backgrounds come together and both love it.
