But as the years went bye I have come to really adore fossil. I also did swim on the guys swim team all four years, and that really helped me make friends. The student council has turned into a popularity contest, meanwhile the teacher in charge didn't even give the opportunity for other students to join and gave them false hope. Both sports administrators, the past four years were not helpful and never actually cared about the student athletes. Does Mountain View even have a cheer team anymore? It appears that majority of coaches at Mountain View are half a**ing their job. The hallways had a strong smell of weed as well. Did I mention they are planning to make ALL bathrooms gender neutral?!

This is negligence and this is dangerous to kids. So not only does New vision teach information that is blatantly wrong, for example where certain bones are in the body, they allow kids to get injured on the playground and don't notify the parents. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this school they make promises that they've never been able to keep, they teach kids information that is wrong, and they don't care about the safety of the kids.

They immediately said New Vision Charter School was the best in town. After having our students attend the school since 2017, I could not be happier with it. The administration, teachers and facilities are top notch. Our kids are thriving both academically and socially. The admin and teachers do have high expectations compared to other schools so if a student doesn't want to put in the work, they may struggle and his/her parents may complain. My oldest son is now in high school and he has mentioned several times how well prepared he is for school because of his previous experience at NVCS. Our family feels blessed to be part of Nighthawk Nation.

This high school is average. They could use more funding for art, PE and science.
