The staff is the best ever- loving, kind, and cares about the students' well-being. They way they teach the students about Christ and walk the students through every step in their lives, both academically and spiritually. Mr. Williams is the best superintendent around, and makes the best decisions for the school. It's really bad to have a kid get picked on so bad they cry themselves to sleep, I had told all 6th grade falcon staff and 2/3 principals and nothing Changed the kids didn't care only 2/4 of the falcon team staff tried for a change and that's not enough, something needs to change at this school, kids do not deserve to go through this. The math education in particular was so bad that it sent my daughter into a cycle of hating math and then having even more trouble learning it because she hated it so much. When it comes to history, they spend a lot of time teaching the kids how bad America is, and almost none on the many ways in which America is the best country in human history. There are downstream effects of doing this that are really bad. Every school should be doing their damnedest to see each kid reach her full potential. Instead, the approach at Walt Clark is to have really low expectations so that every child can pass. ("Nobody left behind.") Human nature being what it is, all of the kids just barely exceed these low expectations, so they come nowhere near what they're capable of. The entire Thompson Valley School District is the best argument for school choice that I've seen. And I don't mean transferring to another one of their low-performing schools. I mean a real voucher system where the parents can choose an actual good private school and use the voucher to pay for it. It's incredibly disappointing that Colorado voted school choice down in a recent election. Regular people have no idea how bad this unionized government monopoly really is.

absolutely horrible at solving issues very contradictory on their own words, my brother had gotten…read moresuspended today for poking a box with a "weapon" (ie; popsicle stick with tape) another student GAVE to him the student MADE IT also , told the office the kid who made it and school did nothing for the other kid. ironically a few days ago my brother was stabbed with a pencil by another kid, he had went to the office about it with what had happened, all kid got was a call home. a CALL HOME. my brother who did not stab a person or threaten a person got SUSPENDED. while the kid got a call home. now... if the school takes weapons and violence as serious as they say they do something more should've been done period. also their way of solving issues with students is forcing them to work together.... with a student who is BIGGER and more aggressive... now you tell me how that will play out and you tell me if you want your kids put in a uncomfortable awkward place like that.

The student council has turned into a popularity contest, meanwhile the teacher in charge didn't even give the opportunity for other students to join and gave them false hope. Both sports administrators, the past four years were not helpful and never actually cared about the student athletes. Does Mountain View even have a cheer team anymore? It appears that majority of coaches at Mountain View are half a**ing their job. The hallways had a strong smell of weed as well. Did I mention they are planning to make ALL bathrooms gender neutral?!
