We decided to replace the sign at the front as well, matching the new one at the back, and we proceeded with the work; the result is extremely satisfying. Mark accurately grasped the specific light color I wanted. Signs are a visual means of communication that expresses a business name or identity, maximizes promotional effectiveness, enhances brand credibility, and guides visitors to a location. However, as soon as the manager realized that I wasn't going to place an order for a large number of t-shirts her demeanor became dismissive and unprofessional. She literally repeatedly ignored me while talking to her employees. The joke's on her because I actually was thinking about changing my mind and ordering a large batch of the T-shirts, instead of just one t-shirt, but her dismissive, unprofessional attitude caused me to change my mind while I was still standing there in their store.
