My husband went in there for a complete system installation boss man said it would be a total of $1000. They didn't complete the service the day of the transaction; following day went back to finish the service. Big guy sitting in the desk told my husband that the "part of the transaction never went through" (OUR bank statements say otherwise) and that he needed to charge him again. He charged him again also adding $350 for tint job that he promised would be $250 total since he "really liked" my husband... that was just false advertisement for us to spend our money there! The system that they installed went out within a week!!! BC the the incorrect wires were used.. they set the system up to fail just to get more money! Anyways they stated that we had warranty as well if anything happened... husband went back in to get it fixed under " warranty" but instead left with another charge of $900+ for the new system... mind you they never finished the tint job as well .. bc "no time" Not to mention, they broke the back panel of the car when doing the installation didn't bother, giving us a discount or addressing the problem Really wish we would've read the yelp reviews before spending any dollar there!! I don't recommend them! They're very unprofessional bad with time management! You could tell their business is failing just by the way they come up with random amounts to charge you! I asked them how long it would take and the guy told me hour and a half I come back after a hour and a half and it's still not done. Let me start by saying I came in with a very difficult car and came in with a lot of my own components. I have a 2016 Porsche Cayenne with a Navigation system from a 2017 which required a lot of modifications and made my car really unique and not straightforward to work on. None the less these guys took the time and did the homework to get my nightmare of an installation done, I could not be more happy with the results! They installed the JL Audio vx800/8i amp, replaced all my speakers with Burmesters that i provided but I also had them pick out a subwoofer, subwoofer amp and a line output converter for me which I was skeptical about their picks at first but man these guys really know what I was looking for, they nailed it! They also tinted my front windows as well as built me a custom enclosure for all the extra equipment added to minimize the amount of trunk space lost. Having a big ol' truck is all fun and games--until your battery dies. My LX470 needs a battery that can quite literally power a watercraft. After getting jumped for the second time in one day, I quickly searched online and found Audio Vision. I called to see if they could help me install a new battery, replace my backup camera (which got ripped off during a car wash), and upgrade my in-dash display. Three days later, I was back on the road with a powerful new battery to support all my gadgets and a modern display that works seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. You'll likely experience a faster lead time than me as all parts were in stock minus my hotsy totsy battery. Minus one star for the Trump bust on the display case. I might be a card-carrying IEer from the Live Free or Die state, but that bust is about as appealing to me as a flat tire on the trail. Came to Audio Vision after buying a truck from Claremont Toyota that had a cheap POS aftermarket radio and alarm installed. The radio would jump out of Bluetooth and play the radio or some Madonna song that somehow was programmed into the unit. The alarm would go off every night in the middle of the night by itself for no reason. Wes was able to have his crew inspect and let me know exactly what I was dealing with. Told me about the how the radio was poorly installed and of poor quality from Amazon and same with the alarm and back up camera. Recently came here on a Sunday for a tint on my new Tesla Model 3 as this was one of the few places open on a Sunday and Wess, the owner was super welcoming and provided excellent customer service as soon as I walked in. After calling several tint shops around the area, Audio Vision by far had the most competitive prices for a ceramic tint and didn't try to overcharge like most other tint shops nowadays.
