I called Pasha Vafaei, the attorney, to request additional documentation after I chose to drop and end my case. Pasha was immediately defensive when I explained why I dropped the case, called me "sensitive" and "entitled", and continued to berate me for about 3 minutes over the phone until I had to hang up on him. Aside from the very unprofessional and disrespectful phone call, the group's communication is also poor. I did not receive updates on my case nor was I informed of next steps. Overall, I would never work with an attorney that has such poor control over their own emotions and who cannot respectfully handle well-deserved critique on where their business can do better. I was needing an attorney for a child custody case. I ended up scheduling a Consultation & spoke to an attorney. I explained to them everything that had happened & why I was being served. The attorney stated she would be more than happy to represent me & that she would email me the forms over as well as the fees ( they offered payment plans ) & that I would need to send her my statement. Days pass by & I receive no emails..called & texted no reply..Then I finally receive a text message saying," I will resend it once I am back in front of my computer (still driving back from court sorry for the delayed response)".....still DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL...Day passes by again I reach out receive another response," Ah sorry! There was some issue with our crm/email that was causing a glitch (IT is admittedly not my area lol) but it should be fixed in about 30 mins they tell me and I'll send it off".....I did NOT receive an email....I waited for 2-3 weeks for an email that I NEVER received....I needed to submit a response in a week or less.. I eventually called them in tears, they didn't seem to care..This case is having to do with my child & it's not something I mess around with...I eventually gave up.... Called another attorney where they stated,"Why would you wait this long to respond or try to submit paperwork?" Little did they know that I was waiting for this establishment to send me an email with information.. I ended up going through Prep Xpress & HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
