One notable trait, no matter who I asked for anything, coffee cup, a towel, etc. they stopped what they were doing and took me to it. Trust me, unusual! Cons: The night crew leaves a lot of room for improvement. If you're close to your loved one, you'll want to stay with them at night. Or very nearby. The bed alarms are constant and are rarely responded to quickly. It was torture for my disabled husband. I will say they were accommodating about needing different roommates.
