Hello there. The service that Quang offers is fantastic. Fast, reliable and friendly. The way that I see it is simple. I watched at least 3 videos in YouTube about a DIY way to change the battery in my phone. The videos were at least 15min, complicated and not very clear. Quang contacted me outside of my work and changed the battery in 8min flat, while I was looking at the work from the other side of the windshield. He replaced my iPhone 6 screen in about 10 minutes right in front of me and replaced my 2011 MacBook Pro screen overnight. Both screens are up to the same standard as the original parts and he went through the process of showing me and comparing a cheap aftermarket screen with the identical Apple parts that he uses.
