It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.

I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.

Took my Xbox Series X with no display to them to get looked at, they didn't even go into the…read moresystem, they opened the back but the motherboard screws were not even touched, the Sata cable I also needed reattached was still unattached, the disc drive power cable was unplugged when I brought it to them and it was still unplugged when I picked it up, in the same spot as I had it, they told me it didn't even start but I verified it did before I took it. If you need basic screen replacement, sure, they are probably fine, it's an easy enough job, but if you need actual diagnosis and repairs, I would avoid, very nice to deal with, friendly but not worth the three days it took for them to tell me less info than what I told them when I dropped it off.

Thieving liars. So I fried my s6 edge and it wouldn't turn on or charge, after looking for…read moresolutions on my own and nothing worked, I went to this shop. Super nice guy, he says he'll check to see if it's a battery issue and if it is he can repair it and will let me know. He even says there's a small chance the back might crack when opening it up but he'll replace it for free if it does. 45 mins later days battery not the issue and he didn't crack the back. So now he says free of charge he can send it to a Samsung tech to find the issue and will call me before making any repairs. He clearly writes on the repair form, MOTHERBOARD ISSUE, please find problem. A week later I get a call back saying it couldn't be fixed and I could pick it up. So I do and they say "oh its a motherboard problem nothing we can do". So I ask why not just replace the motherboard? And he goes oh nobody sells those it's worth the whole price of the phone. So Im like whatever I just take my phone and leave. By the time I walked back to the car I noticed the back was cracked now but since I thought the phone was screwed anyway I just went home. I looked up the cost of an s6 motherboard... And i find one on Amazon for as low as THIRTY dollars (their cost of replacing just the battery was $90)... Wow so at the very least they either broke or stole my glass back piece of my phone, and im sure they stole something else inside the phone too cuz no business would go through all that trouble for nothing. DONT TRUST THESE LYING THIEVES.
