It's a mix of bags, ring, and then mix of burpees high knees and etc. The actual gym is somewhat small. There is no calf equipment, and just the basics are there. The gym gets super hot from the body heat from the classes, so it's guaranteed that you'll get a good sweat on if you go to workout there. The daycare situation is okay, I think the hours are longer than most. However the daycare is just some tables chairs and a TV I have and seen people donating stuff to the daycare to give the children something to do or play with, but they keep the toys locked up. They do have their own brand of merchandise, so tons of clothes and hats. They also do have pre workout, and fat burners.

Gina is also a very talented and exceptionally trained instructor to have. She did a flow sequence where we went from one move immediately into another. She paid attention to all my moves and helped with adjustments if I did something wrong or my body wasn't responding correctly. I highly recommend visiting this studio if you are starting out in a Pilates practice or a full on expert level looking for a solid workout. The workout today helped relieve some back pain and help with my mobility after travel. I'm looking forward to seeing Gina again the next two days I am in town.
