My second interaction was when I scheduled a hypnotherapy session with Polly. I was hitting some creative roadblocks and experiencing self doubt. Polly explained all the science behind hypnotherapy and how it works, which really made the process more approachable and practical for me. Polly really listened, and helped me to drill down to exactly what paradigms and thought processes I wanted to change within myself. Literally after one session I already felt a huge shift! If you are considering trying it, don't hesitate. I have done a lot of traditional therapy and this is an excellent compliment to that. I was able to re-train my brain much more quickly and enjoyably than I ever have in traditional therapy.
