Instagram kept telling me all these reasons I couldn't loose weight now that I'm over 50 and through menopause, so I really wasn't that hopeful. I first went to see RaChell at a weekend group in 2017. I found out what food intolerances I had, and was surprised by all of them. I followed her plan, and got down to 6' 178 pounds at 50 yrs old. I didn't even weigh that in high school. It's the best I've ever felt. Long story short I went through some loss, and stopped caring. I got up to the heaviest I've ever been. This summer I went to a funeral and couldn't get into any of my clothes. I got back on her plan and have lost thirty pounds in three months. I have lost weight and gotten into the best shape I've been in for the past 20 years. They take time and really look at the root of your problems. When I went to the doctor, they just gave me blood pressure pills. Here they explained the roots of hypertension, and helped me cut down on the meds. I've just been able to completely go off the bp med! So excited, and feeling great! The only thing I would like to see improved is the menus. They get redundant for me. I love food and would like more variety. But they have the tools to help me learn to stay on maintenance and eat a wider variety once I reach my goal. Also, when I call and leave a message, it sometimes takes days to hear back from them. read more

I am now in control of my weight and overall health. My 30+ lb weight loss remains intact after 4 months on maintenance. I give three stars ONLY because Rachelle really did help me kick start my weight loss. However, they tell everyone the same thing and give them basically the same eating plans and exercises. News flash- everyone has different bodies and need different foods. However, DO NOT go to see her husband. I sat in a room with him for over two hours listening to him try to tell me how I felt. When I walked out, I realized the place had closed and nobody else was there. This made me feel uncomfortable and I never went back. Thanks for the kick start, but I wouldn't go back. read more

I can not give this place a higher recommendation. They give you meal plans based off of why your body says, meaning they are not the same for every person. I had to go to a doctors office first for blood tests, and that gave Rochelle what I needed to eat. It is a little pricey, but every person that I have talked to all day it is worth the price to get healthy. I have dropped 20 pounds in 2 months from just eating healthy. I read a post and it made me decided to post a review which normally I do not do these things. But TorChell Mind & Body helped me to be diagnosed with Lupus!!! they ran test then referred me to a specialist and confirmed it. Yes a Dr is involved with TorChell Mind & Body and confirmed before I was sent on to a specialist. I do have an allergy to wheat as most Lupus have and do not know it. I have no milk allergies so not everyone is told this! Your blood work is what is read, so if you have a sensitivity or allergy it is found in your blood work, not just a random thought. I am so pleased and of coursed worried about my Lupus, but at least I now know why I don't feel well, I went for this reason to find out if I had food issues and my symptoms led to knowledge and now I am with a rheumatologist. I read a review saying it was expensive, I completely disagree. What's expensive are co pays and overrated diet plans that don't address what your body needs or needs to get rid of. Learning to eat well with Torchell is a game changer. I finally have learned how to fuel my body for the long hall. I didn't deviate from the nutritional menus while reducing dress sizes and had huge success with very few 'slips'. The daily recipes and meal plans were easy to incorporate into my busy life and didn't give blood sugar spikes or cravings. I love so many of the recipes and so do my family and friends.
