It seems like our attorney failed to do her due diligence prior to our hearing. None of the important facts of the case were stated by the attorney. Furthermore, I am considering filing a complaint with the relevant authorities, such as the bar association, and exploring possible media coverage posting to the news stations and ticktok and legal action against the firm to get them shut down they scammed me out of my money . Christina Saca is very unprofessional, she basically robbed my son for 1800.00 the day of his court hear she didn't even know how my son looked not even his phone number was late to his court hearing, didn't bother to call him at least a day before his hearing. Because of her my son lost his rights to his daughter. I asked for a refund and she made up this lame excuse saying that she put time into his case, explain to me how can a attorney put time into a case if they never talk to the client. I will definitely make a complaint with the state bar!! Don't go to her for help she won't get anything for a case and worst of all she has no idea how to be a attorney!! I'm truly disappointed, In having to post this review. At one point I was very happy Impacto Legal and their services. Their team was very helpful, caring and attentive. Unfortunately when I had to file an emergency ex parte I was quoted a price for the attorney to appear with me. On Saturday evening the attorney called me and advised me she was unable to appear on Monday, but promised she would be there with me on Tuesday. On Monday evening I was notified by their assistant that she would not be appearing with me and I would have to appear by myself. I texted Ms Saca, she never responded to this date she has not had the common courtesy to respond to me. I am very disappointed with the attorney Cristina Saca and her work ethic. I am now being advised that I am not receiving a refund for her failure to appear at that hearing but that in fact I owe them more money. I will be filing a complaint with the State Bar against Ms Saca. My personal experience with this office started off great but rapidly turned into a very bad experience. read more

Law office was hired and contracted to represent my daughter in court for DUI offenses in May of 2018. The case was continued for months in court with no updates ever given to us. My daughter called the number originally used to hire them on several occasions only to find out that the coordinator Terry no longer worked for the company and the address in Upland was incorrect. After researching for another phone number listed online, we found a number in Riverside and was given the name of Ralph as the new Case Manager. He said that he would mail her the latest information from court and that it would need to be notarized. When she received it, she sent it right back. However, another 30 days went by with no response. After calling them again multiple times, he finally answered and said that there was a warrant out for her arrest already, and that she would need to turn herself in and hire another lawyer. She demanded an explanation, as to how could something like this happen if they had been representing her in court for the past 6 months with no knowledge of this. When she would to ever appear in court, she was always advised not to. We both called them back to demand a refund so that I could retain a proper lawyer, Ralph laughed in my and my mother's face and hung up the phone. I feel as though they were hired to protect her best interest but instead put her in harms way and made matters worse. No ounce of customer service or professionalism, and we should have let them go months ago when we say the first signs of inconsistency. read more
