However, during delivery I couldn't be there in person and explained via video call how I wanted the tables and chairs arranged. Unfortunately, most of the chairs were left stacked on top of each other instead of set up. They also didn't have light-colored cushions for all the rented chairs, and one chair arrived broken. This is the worst event company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible. I had ordered a table and chairs for an event I was having. First, my delivery was scheduled for Friday because she claimed they don't deliver on Saturdays -- and no one showed up on Friday. It got rescheduled to Saturday instead, but I wasted my entire Friday waiting around for them for no one to SHOW UP! Secondly, I asked days prior for the COI form that my building required in order for them to enter. I had to call three times to remind them to send it, and they finally sent it 30 minutes before the delivery arrived. Then LAST -- on Sunday -- was my pickup. I had paid an extra $100 for my pickup to be between 11 AM and 12 PM. I messaged them asking when it was going to be picked up, and they said 2 PM! Which was honestly insane to me. So unprofessional. The driver ended up showing up at 1:20 PM, hours late. Do not use this company. They are rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Their customer service is horrific. I am never one to write bad reviews, but this was absolutely awful. read more

I have to post this review again, because when I posted before half of my review was erased Please don't let this company fool you with their pictures their products. Their chairs are horrible. They all scratch, dirty and missing paint almost everywhere, I rented these chairs a month and a half in advance for a Thanksgiving dinner when we got the chairs they were in horrible condition . I called the company to make my complaint. The girl wasn't happy when I asked her to fix the situation, but she agreed to pick up the chairs and send a better ones., For my surprise, the one she sent a bamboo type of chair where even worse at this point, I have to stay with the chairs I have in the beginning because the day before Thanksgiving was gonna be super difficult to find rentals. I'm not happy. This was a waste of money and a waste of trust it is a lot of places they can respect you as a customer. This place does not do that read more

Ordering from Imperial events was a breeze. Easy to complete an order , delivery and pick up were a breeze. But I did have an issue product. Two of the three 8ft tables I rented fell in the middle of my event. All the center pieces and candles went along with it and dinner had just stated. Thankfully people were just getting their meals and were about to sit down before it fell out of no where. Like I mentioned before everything I had for decor on the table fell to the floor. When we picked up the table we noticed their were some screws missing to make the table tighter. Something we did not realize when we put it up the first time. Some of the table had some of the wood sticking out making it easy to get splinters. My husband ended up getting three of them. I let the delivery guys know about what had happened and I also called Imperial. They offered 10% off my next event and let them know renting tables and chairs is not a common thing specially when you have to have a minimum $150 to order. 10% is nothing for the inconvenience of a table falling twice right before guest sit down to eat. Plus I don't even have events so what am I going to do with 10% off ? I did also notice that some chairs were cracked but thankfully with the seat cushion the crack was covered and nobodies thighs were pinched. Check the table before you set them up with your table decor. Move them around a few times before just to make sure. Imperial should really check their inventory and take out the faulty ones before someone gets seriously hurt. read more

Delivery was a bit difficult as i was given two different time slots and the drivers spoke very little English. Thankfully there's google translate. I ordered up lights and a red carpet. As a first time bride, in early March, I contacted this company for chairs for our ceremony at a Golf Resort in Pembroke Pines. When it became apparent that our venue would not be able to honor our contract, they provided us with a full refund, as did our linen rental company. Imperial however, stuck to their standard contract and only offered us a credit for future use. Covid-19 is a pandemic and has changed all the rules, except within this company. Apparently they don't care about their customers as people, but only as money in the bank. I do not recommend this company. There are many out there to choose from. read more

We had a small get together for a house warming in September and we ordered chairs, tables,bounce house , linens and tent. To begin with they got the date of the event wrong and delivered the week before. When we spoke to them they wanted to charge us for the second delivery even though that was their mistake. The person of the housewarming party tested positive for Covid and we had to cancel. They refused to give us a refund and only offered us a credit. At this point we were so frustrated with this place and because of our experience so far did not trust they would honor the credit, we went ahead and moved forward with the get together at another location without the initial guests. We dealt with Arietta Figueroa the entire time, she was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. She made the experience horrific and her attitude was completely unacceptable. I don't know how this woman still has a job there. There are many other party rental companies with the same rate and better customer service. We will never use them again. read more

Very frustrating service and not thorough at all. I had to repeatedly ask for the contract outlining my rental items for 3 days leading up to my event. They finally sent it the day before in the late afternoon and it was missing an item. Then they told me they wouldn't deliver and setup the tent until the morning of my event (even though they originally said day before). Fortunately they "squeezed me in" for day before. Then they just left tables and chairs and linens for me to setup. Then when they showed back up day after they expected me to stack all the chairs on the cart and break down the tables. read more

Great selection and great prices. I've planned two events and rented items from Imperial, and everything came out beautifully. The first time, delivery and pickup was on time and ran smoothly. My only complaint is that if you have to go pickup the items at the warehouse, get ready for a lot of confusion. First, they don't open the back door for pickup until 10 am, so if you're like mostly everyone else and have to be at work by 8 a.m., this is very inconvenient, especially since they don't allow any pickups on Saturday or Sunday. So, you're pretty much stuck. I had to tell my boss I'd be in late for work on Friday to pick up the items for a Saturday event, and then again on Monday, to drop them off. You may ask why I didn't go after work? Well, they close the back door at 4 p.m., so yeah, there's no way around it. You either call in ate to work, or leave early. Second, their pick-up instructions are very vague. They tell you, go to the back door and ask for "So-and-so". You're thinking, "That's simple enough." Guess again. The "back door" is really a two story hangar able to fit two semi's located between about 15 other warehouse hangars that look exactly the same, with no signs indicating that this is in fact the one you're looking for. I parked and walked up to the hangar because I was already late for work, and after asking three different employees, one pointed to the left and said, "So-and-so's in her office over there," like I knew where the office was. So, after staring quite dumbly, he said, "Go up the stairs." OOOOOHHHHH! Right, the stairs that I've never seen before. How silly of me. Once I got all that figured out, the drop off went much smoother, now that I knew what I was doing. But, yeah, VERY DISORGANIZED SYSTEM! Other than that, the items themselves were of very good quality, and I would definitely rent there again. read more

We recently hired Imperial Rentals to provide tables, chairs, setup and breakdown at our wedding. Everything was delivered and setup perfectly, including tables and chairs that were provided by the venue, but we nearly lost our deposit when they failed to properly store the venues chairs and tables. This was part of our written agreement and we were not happy to have to argue with them the day after our wedding in order for them to return to the venue and properly carry out our agreement. This review would have gone much differently had they handled the situation professionally instead of trying to get out of returning to the venue, which they did after much debating. read more
