The flooring itself did take quite a while to come in - like 8 months or so - but this was not Christie Carpet's fault (supply chain issues!) and they called me every few months with an update. My install took an entire business day (a nice excuse to take off of work) and the installers were friendly and professional. I got the quote back in a day or two and he suggested custom wood floor vents to match the floor. Dave did an amazing job installing it. I had all the ceramic tile and carpet pulled and did new 6" white base with 1/4 round shoe molding throughout. The mitre cuts Dave did were amazing not a gap to be found anywhere. And he did some amazing cuts around my kitchen cabinets so my doors would open against the base. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'll be calling soon for shutters for my sliding glass door next....very pleased.
