David Paul Flooring not only sent me FREE samples (No other flooring seller did that! My Exalt Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) arrived right on time and the installation was very quick. No glue or chemicals were needed as each piece snapped together. I even put it in my basement for a rec-room/ bar area/ laundry area and have spilled drinks and water on it and there hasn't been an issue! Exalt is great with water and moisture. I spoke with quite a few flooring companies and their sales departments all left something to be desired. Many sections had been stained by pets and plants over the years when it had been covered by carpet. I don't believe that the floors had been refinished since the house was built in the 1960s. They did a great job refinishing the floors and replacing the stained slats while matching the color and randomness of the wood. He kept his schedule, informed us of the options beforehand, and when problems arose (like old boards that didn't look bad until after the sealer was applied), he just made sure that they were fixed. We had gotten several estimates and his was the most reasonable. So this year when we decided to install new matching hardwood in a room that didn't have hardwood, we called him and he came within a couple days to give us an estimate. We didn't bother getting other estimates, we just had him put us on his schedule. He and his crew came and installed the floor and finished it, and made it all fit with the preexisting flooring. Some defects did show up in a couple slats and he just came back and fixed them without any trouble. He made it all look right. We had him come back a couple months later after we had picked out some tile for the hearth extension and he installed the tile as well. We had an entirely positive experience with Rob Petit and his team, and I am happy to recommend them.

In 2001 my dog puked on the floor they were unable to get it clean so they did replace the carpet in 2021. Now we're in 2025 I put a claim in in 2024 and there's like brown spots all over I thought they were stains but it's not it's actually wear marks and I guess this carpet is known to do that. I did put a claim in with the warranty company with engineer flooring and the lady said well you had a professionally clean the carpet but they used a different kind of machine so that's not going to be covered. If you look under the warranty it doesn't specify what kind of machine just professional cleaners which they were and it states it has to be cleaned by hot water extraction which that's how it was cleaned and it's on the receipt.. So she closed out my claim for a bogus reason and completely untrue there's nowhere in the warranty stating it has to be a certain machine to shampoo the carpet under the warranty. So my carpet the whole thing looks brownish gray it's supposed to be just a gray carpet. I had a rug A Little Rock where you put shoes on if you looked up that rug you can actually see the color it should be nice light gray and now it's all brown and I'm embarrassed to have anyone over to my house. I did reach out to the owner rich and he never responded back I also text message to him no respond back. I would advise you not to go through this company because they don't stand by their product if the warranty company is not standing by it then the company should come back out look at your carpet put another claim in at the very least. they just don't care to be honest. Very disappointed because I looked at so many different companies with carpets and I chose them to do my carpet and now I regret it. So just know if you buy a rug from them it's going to where marks all throughout the carpet. So just walking on the carpet if you have dogs or kids playing and they're not going to replace your carpet and they should because it's where marks and in their warranty say if that happens I'll replace the rug. Well that never happened. I would just go to a different carpet company all together one that stands behind their warranty. You're going to end up in a couple years your carpet is going to look like crap with wear marks everywhere it's so disappointing. We interviewed four contractors for this job and selected FR because Matt both listened carefully to us and also offered his own good ideas. They gave us a detailed and competitive estimate and we liked the idea that both owners of FR, Matt and Rich, would be onsite and doing a good part of the work themselves. As it turned out, they were simply excellent to work with at every stage of the process. FR is apparently a sought-after group and we waited about 4 months for them to start our project. During that time, Lindsay responded to our questions in a timely and friendly manner with detailed emails about what we should be doing in advance (e.g., selecting the tile, vanity, light fixtures etc.) and suggestions about which companies to check out in the area. Matt and Rich have assembled a group of skilled craftsmen who each are personable, hardworking and diligent. They arrived punctually at 9 am each day, worked steadily throughout the demolition, wiring, plumbing, drywalling, tiling, carpentry, painting and finishing touches. In the process, they took great care to protect our hallway tile, stairway and wood floors, kept things as tidy as possible, and cleaned up at the end of each day. As a result, we were able to stay in our house during the entire project. They completed the job in just over two weeks and it was impressive to watch how they coordinated the many different steps with a crew of 7. Matt oversaw the project, and also handled the plumbing, wiring, tiling, and more. He is particularly skilled at setting tile and did an artful job matching tile patterns on the floor and the tub surround. Rich built shelves in the bathroom and walk-in closet and they turned out beautifully with functional design and excellent craftsmanship. The team members were all easy to interact with and each showed great attention to detail and pride in their work. We've done a lot of house renovations (including 4 previous bathrooms) and it's clear to us that Falcon Renovations are at the top of their game. They do quality work, are as unintrusive as possible, listen carefully to your ideas and yet also have great suggestions, work well as a team and with other contractors, and clearly care about the quality of their work. We highly recommend them and plan to work with them again in the future on other projects.
