I went in really not sure of what style rug i was looking for and before i knew it i had the owner…read moreJohn, his wife Janine and their son AJ giving me ideas. It was truly a pleasure working with all of them. With their help i was able to choose a rug for my living room that I Love! The installation was done by another son Johnny and Rich, also very personable and they did a great job! This is one very pleased customer and wouldn't go anywhere else! Go see them, you will not be disappointed!

I got new carpet put in my living room Hall and stairs and 2000 . I did get the extra warranty with…read morethe pet warranty for any stains. In 2001 my dog puked on the floor they were unable to get it clean so they did replace the carpet in 2021. Now we're in 2025 I put a claim in in 2024 and there's like brown spots all over I thought they were stains but it's not it's actually wear marks and I guess this carpet is known to do that. I did put a claim in with the warranty company with engineer flooring and the lady said well you had a professionally clean the carpet but they used a different kind of machine so that's not going to be covered. If you look under the warranty it doesn't specify what kind of machine just professional cleaners which they were and it states it has to be cleaned by hot water extraction which that's how it was cleaned and it's on the receipt.. So she closed out my claim for a bogus reason and completely untrue there's nowhere in the warranty stating it has to be a certain machine to shampoo the carpet under the warranty. So my carpet the whole thing looks brownish gray it's supposed to be just a gray carpet. I had a rug A Little Rock where you put shoes on if you looked up that rug you can actually see the color it should be nice light gray and now it's all brown and I'm embarrassed to have anyone over to my house. I did reach out to the owner rich and he never responded back I also text message to him no respond back. I would advise you not to go through this company because they don't stand by their product if the warranty company is not standing by it then the company should come back out look at your carpet put another claim in at the very least. they just don't care to be honest. Very disappointed because I looked at so many different companies with carpets and I chose them to do my carpet and now I regret it. So just know if you buy a rug from them it's going to where marks all throughout the carpet. So just walking on the carpet if you have dogs or kids playing and they're not going to replace your carpet and they should because it's where marks and in their warranty say if that happens I'll replace the rug. Well that never happened. I would just go to a different carpet company all together one that stands behind their warranty. You're going to end up in a couple years your carpet is going to look like crap with wear marks everywhere it's so disappointing. I went on Better Business Bureau you can see other people complaining of that same thing so

Both Alex and Joel were working so hard and never stopped and they were absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the service they provided. I took the day off work and moved furniture and made all of the necessary preparations for the installation. The day before the scheduled installation, I called to confirm that everything was still on schedule, as I had not received a follow-up confirmation. I spoke with the owner, Kim, and simply asked that the installers wear shoe covers/booties when entering my home. I consider this a reasonable and common courtesy when workers are coming into someone's home, especially when furniture is being moved onto brand-new carpet. Unfortunately, Kim's response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me that the installers were "not pigs" and would not be wearing booties. When I explained that I was uncomfortable with people walking through my home with outdoor shoes and then stepping onto the new carpet while moving my furniture, she stated that she was too busy to deal with it and immediately refunded my deposit and canceled my order. While I appreciate that my deposit was refunded promptly, the situation was extremely frustrating. I had taken an entire day off work, moved my furniture, and prepared my home, only to have the installation canceled the day before. I was then forced to start over and order through a larger commercial company. Weeks later, I still do not have my carpet. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that the customer service and professionalism were lacking. I understand that not every business can accommodate every request, but I believe there was a much more professional way to handle a simple and reasonable concern. Do not recommend. Also saved $200 with corporate carpet location.
