The Radian was rough starting and idling badly and had not been winterized properly (she was really slack at maintenance before I took over). They cleaned , rejetted and adjusted the carbs and it ran like a dream afterwards. We also had chain and sprockets replaced there and she said it rode so smoothly it felt like a new bike. And lastly for her birthday I sprung for some new tires and while the wheels were off the re-did the fork seals. All the work has been top notch and fairly priced and they really seem great with older bikes. We also had difficult schedules to get in there and they were totally accommodating. We dropped the bike off after we were both off after work at midnight and put the key through their mail slot. When the work was done we paid by credit card over the phone, they put the key under the seat and we picked it up after hours with her spare key. They were also cool with installing the tires even though we had bought them on sale from Fortnine.ca. I will be going back to them with my 2015 Yamaha FJ-09 for tires shortly and likely new chain and sprockets too. I only wish they were a little off the beaten path, as I will have a bit of a transit trek after I drop off my bike, but if you have someone to give you a ride home and back that's a non-issue.

At this point you may wonder why this is a 5 star review. Well, I started working with the vancouver shop. Dustin in parts and service has always been super helpful in ordering anything for my previous bike and ensuring prompt service. I took my bike here for inspection and I changed exhaust and other stuff by myself to make the bike safety same as a factory to pass the inspection and he said everything looks ok. But later than they called me and said your bike needs a ball bearing otherwise there is no way to pass the inspection and it will cost me 800$ for it . And for sure they know the bike with no inspection pass can't get insurance and it's hard to move it to another motorcycle services so you have no choice except listening to them . I called another motorcycle services today they ask me about some pictures of my bike and they said your bike looks fine to pass the inspection. So I took my bike there and they did inspection my bike and pass it with 250$ total and it was no issues with ball bearings at all . It was just my experience with Burnaby Kawasaki . Of course the inspection price in this store is around 150$ and it's cheaper but you not gonna pay 150$ at the end because they will make you to fix other things and pay extra money . *modern scam*

One of my favorite helmets is a house brand dual sport that I picked up on sale for $59. They also stock name brands and high end gear (Arai, Shoei). If they don't have what you want in stock they can order it, as they are also a national mail order company, and it usually only takes a couple of days to get your order in. And if you're a Revzilla fan, and aren't we all, know that Cycle Gear and Revzilla are owned by the same company, so you'll see the same equipment and generally the same pricing at both. I went into the Bellingham Cycle Gear to pick up heated gear for the cold weather riding. The staff guy was prompt, courteous, helpful, and well informed. No upsell, no messing about.

Their team has the experience to provide you with the best information to make a purchasing choice.
