Dana's professionalism is greatly appreciated, and her kindness to her tenants is unmatched. I witnessed Dana visiting an elderly tenant, who was in the hospital, to show the lady some loving support. My home in this Park gives me privacy, parking, and my own private, tree filled backyard. I had to threaten to sue her to get my money back and I did, down to the last penny. I was warned about her before I moved there but needed a place so I moved in anyway, huge mistake. We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. He has helped me with everything that has needed repairing around here, as well as installing two air conditioners. After installing skirting for me, he remarked that he was really pleased with the job he had done, and I was really pleased that I had found someone who took pleasure in doing good work.
