No attempts were made to correct these and send anyone over. One the reps called me the following afternoon and asked if I would let Damien, the handyman come and clean up. I said no thank you. Because why would I let him back into my home? He walked out on an unfinished job. He walked out and hurled insults at us because -- I asked him to smooth the wall down. He asked me to check the work as though it was finished and I asked him to smooth it down. Instead, he started insulting us and saying he wasn't going to do s*** anymore. Again, I reached out to you guys several times and all I got was that you were looking over the evidence and you'd be in touch. I've never heard from you guys after that.

Mkhitar came and evaluated the space and then they got to work on everything. The desk was working great and i got to get everything setup for the New Year. All of a sudden i noticed the LED lighting starting to fall and act weird. It turned out the double sided tape that came with the LED was low quality and started to detach from the lights and the wall on three quarters of the room. After talking to Mkhitar, i got a new set of lights and stronger double sided tape to resolve the issue. They came back and put the new lights up with the stronger tape, got to areas i didn't have enough light for previously and really did a great job overall. Horrible communication skills!…read more It is my understanding they came to repair a countertop. When they removed the counter top they broke something. This caused them to have to shut the water off in the WHOLE apartment complex. I understand the emergency. But after doing so they DID NOT notify anyone the water was shut off! I understand they're trying to control the water leak which THEY CAUSED by shutting the water off but they did so to the WHOLE COMPLEX not just the side they were working on. I called the owner about this. He told me although the water is shut off it is still leaking into the apartments on the first floor ruining the floors. Hmmm I'm on the first floor at the end of the line, water is not flooding my apartment. During the course of our conversation the owner informed me, "he didn't have time to explain plumbing to me"! Emergencies happen. Everyone knows this. The way they communicated (or lack of) is what is not acceptable! Not to mention my inability to shower!

Rather than repairing the drywall, he covered it with an IKEA closet insert and didn't tell us there was a hole there. While Craig initially appeared professional during the estimate, over the course of the project his behavior became increasingly difficult. For example, one morning mid-project, he showed up much earlier than expected, and I was in the driveway buckling my kid into the carseat to take him to preschool. I told Craig I'd be back in 10 minutes, but he decided to yell at me from the rolled down window of his truck and then drove away, without coming back to do any work that day. For a small bathroom remodel costing $20,000, we were left with multiple issues, including a gaping hole, some crooked installations, and a generally terrible experience that took longer than originally estimated.
