Since the first moment I spoke to Cristina she was nothing if not helpful. She helped me meet the budget that I had for the party and worked with me in finding a bounce house that could fit in our yard. I did not feel at any moment that she was pushing anything more expensive on me without regard for my needs. At the end of our talk she felt like an old friend. Found the company on google and don't regret it one bit. The first time I called I was able to speak with the owner immediately. She had everything I was looking for. I was planning my sons 5th birthday and wanted a bounce house which had a slide attached that went into a little pool. I also wanted the popcorn, snow cone and cotton candy machine. And to conclude I needed tables and chairs. They gave me a GREAT price which included delivery. They delivered everything on time and I was actually very happy to see how new everything was. If I could give a negative star I would. By far the most unprofessional company I have interacted with for bounce houses(not our first rodeo). Every company I have ever hired called before set up and take down. Not once have I ever had someone just come onto my property without notice. They called before set up and the set up was fine. I thought the guys comment about not having a gun put in his face was odd, but didn't give it much thought. Until he showed up to pick it up at 8:40pm. No phone call! No knock on the door! No warning of any kind that strangers are in my back yard! I imagine the guy has had guns pulled on him if this is how he conducts business. Creeping around someone's back yard and coming on my porch when it is pitch black out without any sort of notice is absolutely unacceptable. The guy was also very argumentative when my husband called him out for it. Definitely not the way to handle a customer's complaint. His excuse for not calling or even knocking on the door was, "I said when he dropped it off that I would call if it would be later than 9pm." It is never acceptable to just go onto someone's property without any notice. Had he been bit by my dog it would have been his own fault for not notifying us that he was coming on our property. On top of his extremely unprofessional behavior, he left the water running and the gate open! I will never use their services again. You would think that having guns pulled on you(his own comment) probably for creeping around people's property without notice would make you change your business practices and you would learn to call people...at the very least knock on the door! read more
