They seem to have either lost my original paperwork or were simply to lazy to get it, but either way I had to fill out an entire new patient packet upon returning, which I regret doing. Obtaining basic documentation such as visit notes required multiple attempts. The notes were incomplete and required revision when I finally acquired them. Unable to perform basic services such as referrals. Ive been to several physical therapists due to chronic injuries I've sustained during my time in the military, and this is easily the worst I've ever seen. Yuma is about an hour away and I would happily spend the time to drive there rather than go back here.

I was comfortable in the sling, but worried about my recovery. When my therapy started Dr. Perakis assured me along the way of what I could expect, and the time it takes to reach milestones. I was never pushed past what I felt able to do. My progress has been so steady. As a Figure Competitor, I require all the small muscle groups to be functioning. They don't miss any details. I actually just visited my surgeon's office this morning. She did strength tests and checked my range of motion. Her exact word were, "You are doing much better than most patients at this point." I knew that already, but I wanted her to say it. I, honestly, tell anyone who will listen about this place. I highly recommend it for a thorough therapy for whatever your ailment may be. And, the people have really good energy. It's so important when you're healing. If you're looking for a Physical Therapist, you won't be very pleased with the care you receive at Spine and Sport in El Centro, CA.

My mom had been receiving home health as well as caregiving from 1st meridian since end of Aug 2021…read moreuntil discharged yesterday. My mother had 4 brain surgeries in an 8 month period. Her last one was a success to remove tumor in jun 2021. The home health team of occupational therapist Alissa, Stacey, her physical therapist Alex, speech therapist Andrea and nursing staff Alyce, Hersey and Anita all were all just absolutely incredible with my mother. My mother went from bed bound to walking with a walker and doing more day to day activities for herself. This journey has been a miracle and we are excited to see more independence for my mother as she now will be going to an outpatient program. A big thank you too to our amazing caregiver Denise Banuelos who has been along my side since September. Mom would not have made these amazing strives without your loving heart and dedication to her recovery. Thank you for being you. You are one of a kind.
