Brandon and Nicole absolutely delivered! I received fun updates, adorable pictures, and even video calls whenever I needed a check-in. The training results were fantastic--Loki now walks calmly on a leash, comes when called, and actually listens to commands! It was exactly what I asked for, and they nailed it. He got to socialize, play in the beautiful turfed yard, and most importantly, he was treated like family. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They were waiting on me when i entered the door, took my puppy back right away, and took treated him. AND, the doctor treated my puppy during his lunch break. The staff and doctor were wonderful.
