Wanted to discuss with the person who deals with accidents and safety issues, but after several attempts to connect with someone they finally answered, and I was told that the person responsible for dealing with safety issues and accidents such as this one was away, didn't know when they would be back, MIA, and nowhere to be found. Not at the offices. With such a lack of professionalism in dealing with this major accident on my lawn I am done with Casella! Would never recommend this company for waste removal! They just don't care!

I made sure to stop any future payments just in case. I kept receiving invoices for a past due balance including a returned check fee. I called several times and nobody seemed to know why I was being billed and they would just tell me that they would find out and call me back. No one ever calls back or emails back. They were able to take out the "payment" but even messed that up and took it out twice. I spoke to someone clueless named Tina, who said she was going to ask someone who I'm assuming was supposed to be less clueless, but they said it was bill for service from February. Again, we stopped service in November. I'm pretty sure I will never get my money back because they seem to only employ doofuses. Definitely don't waste your money or energy using Casella. They definitely don't waste their energy on anything. This is the Northeastern PA location, but Casella seems to be an actual "trash" company all around. Maybe throw the entire company away.

They had changed the pickup date without telling me. Then they changed the recycle pickup date from every other week to once every 3 weeks. Didn't tell me. Customer service is less than zero. Cancelled the entire account yesterday June 30th. Won't be back. Also, the most expensive trash pickup in Rutland County. Not at all worth it.

Hubbard was instructed to put the rollaway in a specific location to allow us to throw items from a barn through the hay loft. Upon arrival on a Friday at 6 pm, dumpster was no where near the correct location. So instead of easily throwing items from second story they had to be thrown out on the ground then transported to the dumpster. We couldn't reach anyone throughout the weekend to see if they could move it closer. Monday afternoon they responded to our phone message. Employee on phone was rude and dismissive. After not giving any kind of explanation or apology I told her how awful the whole experience was. I said that an apology goes a long way. Instead of an apology this "customer service" individual hung up on me. I wasn't rude or requesting any kind of compensation but I was exasperated! Hanging up on an upset customer is certainly not how I would handle a business problem. Very disappointed and will never use this company again! Plus, every chance I get I will make sure friends and family in the Rutland area know to go somewhere else with their business.
