I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

WOW... What a great place. Vikki was so easy to work with and is great at what she does. The merchandise is always perfectly done and is always done in a timely manner. I use them for personal and for my sons sports team. My sons track team started using impression in threads 4 years ago and since then our spirit wear is always GREAT and unique and the parents LOVE it. If I find myself in a bind and need the stuff quicker she is always very accommodating. I would NEVER go elsewhere to have my bling or screen-printing done. The price is right, the employees are nice and easy to work with and the merchandise always looks GREAT.. KUDDOS to a great company!!!! read more

Impression In threads is quick and very easy to work with. Vikki the owner is professional and is always GREAT about getting my order right and getting it to me on time. I use them for my personal use and for sports groups. Her work is unique and one of a kind and everybody loves it... Since using Impressions In thread with my sons track team our spirit wear sales have sky rocketed and everybody loves her creative work. This place is great! I play in an adult softball league out here and I was walking by this place and decided to go in to see if they can make our new uniforms. Vikki was so nice and awesome and helped me design and pick out new uniforms for my team. The turn around was quick and they were very affordable! Definitely coming back! read more

Top to bottom this is the place to go to get any embroidery or screen printing done. Vikki and Ron are amazing at what they do and I'm never disappointed with anything I get done through them.
