TERRIBLE customer service, look elsewhere! We have been here a few times for hat embroidery. This week we went in to have a Melin hat ($55) embroidered with "LAFD". I dropped the hat off (with his current embroidered hat for an example) with a lady at the front desk who inspected the hat and said, "yeah, that should be fine." Upon picking up the hat, my husband noticed that the LAFD was completely off-center by 1/4" (over 7", which is a significant amount). There is a Melin insignia in the bottom corner of the hat that they were accounting for, however, the LAFD could have butt right up against it and been in the center. Instead they left room around the insignia resulting in off-centered letters. When my husband brought this up and mentioned that this should have been communicated to us upon drop-off, if this is how it had to be embroidered, the man proceeded to tell him that it wasn't the lady's fault because "she doesn't do hats" and "your wife is as much at fault as she is" for not realizing the insignia would force LAFD to be off-center. At this, my husband was understandably defensive and proceeded to walk out when the man finally said, "what?! do you want me to give you back what you paid!?" My husband was so disgusted that he just asked him to stop talking to him and left. The man was extremely rude, unapologetic, unprofessional and even accusatory. Not only are we now out the money for embroidery but we are out the cost of this expensive hat because he cannot wear an off-center logo to work. I would not recommend any firefighters, police officers, or anyone who needs their services for uniforms as they do not stand by their work and they will actually blame you for their mess-ups. If they treat service people (repeat customers at that) like this, I wonder how they treat others! Despicable. read more

She helped with artwork, understanding the longterm goals to save money on set up and screen printing as orders came in. Our print didn't wasn't easy because it had a lot of colors and had to be adjusted to fit different styles. She even rushed a banner out and even though she wasn't open on the weekend, made arrangements for me to pick up at another location when I wasn't able to pick up on Friday before closing. I've lived in Santa Clarita for over 22 years and I've had hundreds of uniforms and personal items embroidered or screen printed through various companies. I've had several disappointing experiences. Don't even get me started with STEP in House(nightmare). Needless to say I was skeptical when I brought my tennis team's visors to be embroidered. I ordered 72 overpriced sweatshirts from them in Nov. 2014. I did not recieve my shirts til the end of Dec. When I recieved my order 12 of those pieces were the wrong size. I notified them immediately. It took them over 2 months to replace those pieces (got them at the end of Feb. 2015). Now that winter is over I am unable to sell the wrong ones she gave me along with the right ones she replaced because no one wants an overpriced sweatshirt at the end of winter. Now she is demanding for me to give back the original 12 wrong ones with my Logo printed on them or she will take "legal action". I do not know what her plan is to use shirts with my name on them and how that benefits her. But now I am loosing money on an order that would be made right if I could keep them, under sell all of them and hopefully break even. They are horrible business owners and I will never go back!
