The response time was very quick, same day I believe. And Nate took the time to see what my needs were, he was fine with the smaller order and we got to work. It's great working with someone directly to modify and make sure our logo and placement is exactly what I wanted. Order was placed, fast forward a week or so and our shirts and hats are here.
