Five star service year after year -- kudos for Impressions Printing!

Their pricing is mostly comparable to their bigger, better known competitors (e.g. FedEx Kinko's, Staples, etc.), but you walk out of there feeling like you got a printed product with a personalized touch. I know it's not personalized, it just feels like it. They're pretty considerate and flexible about quite a few things, including how much turnaround time they need to print what you need (depending on quantity and print-job), as well as payment/billing options. Recently, there was an issue with payment, so I called to talk with them. The lady who answered the phone was unbelievably friendly and her concern/desire to help seemed genuine; she went well beyond what was necessary to make sure everything was done correctly. Minus a star because they're slightly more expensive than the larger print-shops (at least as far as I've experienced), and the prices seem to change occasionally without warning. Also, there's this one dude who I've had to deal with on the phone a couple times who is somewhat condescending. read more

Over the years, I've used several printers in OKC. Impressions is the best, bar none. You can get cheaper at some spots, but Impressions is professional and turns out a great product each time. We've used them for brochures, folders, business cards, posters, menus, and more. They will help you find the right type of paper, the right size, the right template each time. We love our rep, Bobby Garcia, especially. I send him an email with my project knowing he will take good care of me from start to finish. Sometimes we have clients that want a big order done quickly and he helps make it happen. Our clients are happy with their final product and love that they can pay over the phone or get it delivered. Wow. Double Wow. Okay.. here's the story. I'm from San Francisco. My boyfriend lives in Seminole, OK. I'm studying authentic pizza making in... guess where? Naples, Italy. So I'm missing my honey on Valentine's Day. It's so expensive to ship things from here... so I called Impressions Printing in OKC... found them through Google.. (their website was the most professional) and I spoke to Mike Stuart. Okay... I have to insert another wow. I had emailed over some photos on Sunday (that weren't in very good resolution, mind you..) and called on Monday morning (their time) to confirm that they had received the files. They did. They were in the process of responding to me. I told them I was out of the country... and I inquired about frames. No.. they didn't have them... so I asked if I could have some shipped to them and if they could put the photos in the frames. Mike said no problem and gave me his address for me to put to his attention. Great! (Walmart or a corner chain drug store is not going to do that for me!!) I give them my boyfriend's address and they tell me they will let me know when it ships out. Two mins later, Mike calls me and say... "Ya know... I'm going to run errands in a bit... do you want me to pick up a frame for you?" What??? Who does that? What an absolute sweetheart! Of course! So I describe the basic black frame that I'm asking for and ask for it to be delivered by Valentine's Day. He says he'll get it there. Today (2 days before Valentine's Day..) I get an email from Mike. He fixed the photos I sent him so that they looked better in the photos... and he attached photos of the perfect frames with my photos in them! Oh... and he added lovely Valentine Day chocolates!!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. I'm so happy that I was able to find them, they were so great to work with... and super professional (and nice!) He's going to be so surprised. Thanks Mike and the Team at Impressions Printing! I had 5 different pieces printed by Impressions for my wedding. Chelle met with me and explained all the papers and took great care in making sure what we ended up with was not only in our budget but also the best possible look. Everything turned out great and I was treated extremely well. I was also shocked at how quickly they were able to get all of my items printed since I needed 300 of each separate item. The absolute best part though is that I wasn't able to get my seating chart sign back from the designer until 2 days before my wedding and I was able to email Chelle and she had an estimate to me in 10 minutes and the charts printed poster sized on foam core the same day. I am a business owner and I used impressions recently because I wanted to due business with a local company. After finding Impressions, I ordered 500 cards with rounded corners, double sided and full color. They charged me around $160 and after careful inspection, they didn't use the paper I requested and the rounded corners were very choppy, they don't look like they came out if a professional print shop. I thought the reason for the very high price was that i was getting an above average card... So, after getting ripped off, I decided to do more searching and found another local printer that will only charge me $50 for a much higher quality card of the same quantity. So, if you're looking for a great local printer, DON'T choose impressions, search for Biz Cards Plus, LLC in Edmond. They are small, but the quality is amazing! Stay away from Impressions unless you like disappointment and high prices. read more

I walked into Impressions after going to the UPS store looking to print off a set of wedding invites. I was referred to Christa who was going to email me a quote that afternoon. I walked out thinking WOW that's going to be out of my price range. I got the quote and was shocked at the price- super reasonable.
