He was overwhelmed, clearly had been through it all day with the scammer. And she just felt that something was off and asked a couple questions before finally alerting him that he was not in any danger. That this was a scam that had cost others so much money. I've only been living in Oklahoma for about a year and this UPS store has been my best friend. I found the store next to my employer and come here quite often to make returns and mail stuff off to family. Every time I come here everyone is super friendly and helpful. Sometimes I don't know what I'm doing, but they just lead me the right way. You walk in the door they smile and help you right away. This has always been the UPS location I go to, but I don't know any more. I was there May 17th 25 to drop off a prepaid item at 9:30 am. The guy that was there working I've seen before but never interacted with him. He gave a big, long speech about the scan and go machines and such and I said they are not for me and then he starts talking about Christmas and how I'll wait in a long line I said I won't be in here at Christmas and he said he would put my picture up to make sure. This is by far my favorite UPS store in the metro. They always have multiple workers at the registers never letting a long line form so fast and efficient! I paid $130 for worldwide express shipping which has day delivery guarantee. My package was put on the wrong truck according to UPS customer service and they said I needed to contact the store to get refund. When I contacted the store, I spoke to someone named Natalie who was exceptionally combative and told me that I would not be getting a refund. At this point, I read out UPS's policy to her and she accused me of getting shitty with her. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager at which point I asked who I make a complaint to and she would not give me a name until I continued asking. when she finally told me that I needed to speak to Eric she also told me that I could not speak to Eric as he was unavailable. I am now out $130 for a package that was not delivered on the guaranteed date and so far I have been refused my guaranteed refund as per UPS policy. If I do not hear back from Eric today, I will be making a formal complaint with UPS. This is theft. read more

Customer service at my regular UPS in Edmond is amazing, but this location is the exact opposite. I will not be back. Customers need to understand the scanning process or don't bother going to this location. Extremely rude lady in the morning. Needed to send Christmas gifts to my family in the Tulsa area. I decided to use UPS. So glad I did!! This store was pretty busy and there were customers at both stations. Two ladies walked in before me and another employee opened a third station, so my wait was just a few seconds. A fourth employee came and opened another register to take care of my box. The lady behind me was helped by an employee with a handheld computer. Five pleasant and helpful employees a week before Christmas seems like a Christmas miracle, but it is REAL! First time using this UPS Store because I was in the area and couldn't get to my usual UPS location. Staff was very nice, I started to put something with glass in one of those padded envelopes but she suggested a box so it wouldn't break. Had ship glassware from OKC to NH. Not having the supplies nor the time to do it myself it was worth the expense to have them do it. They do have supplies for purchase for those who want to do it themselves so you have that option. I got there just before lunch on a Thursday and it took about 15 minutes for the process. You get your receipt and a tracking number if you feel the need to track it. $100 for shipping 19 wine glasses 1/2 way across the country was worth it to me. I visited this location on Thursday evening, June 27th, prior to 7pm. I was returning AT&T equipment and Direct TV equipment to be shipped back. My elderly parents had service disconnected upon moving. I encountered Jessica, I believe. She was polite, prompt, and professional. This was not her first rodeo!) It only took a moment and I was out of there with paperwork printed and attached verifying the 2 sets of returned equipment. I've been looking for somewhere else to go for my printing needs, since FedEx seems to have a new, less customer-oriented setup every single time I go in. I was at Michael's today, getting stuff for my Elite event tomorrow, and I realized there is a UPS store here. Well, lucky me. After Michael's, I walked down the strip and found myself here, where four capable and polite humans were working. I needed to print some stuff from a thumb drive, but I also needed to scale it down and laminate it. They worked their magic, getting everything to the right size and right resolution. They had me cut out my images before laminating to save me money, and were helpful and friendly the entire time. While I was in there, (20 minutes or so) they helped about eight other people, just as efficiently. I'm happy to say I have found my new go-to for all my printing, shipping, copying, and whatever else I can think of. read more

I dropped off a Usps package off at the store. It was never registered as being picked up from the UPS Store by the post office. I tried to put a claim in with the post office and they said it was never picked up because they didn't scan it. They told me it would be on the UPS Store. I went to the UPS Store and they blamed the post office. They were no help. I am now out the cost of what I was returning which was pretty expensive. Do NOT go to this place especially for postal mail. They should not be accepting mail if they have no way to prove it was picked up. read more

Every time I have come to this store I have always been greeted as I enter the store and offered assistance immediately. The last time I came, I didn't have my package taped up, I was fully expecting to have to buy a roll of tape, but the guy at the desk offered to tape it up for me! Totally cool.
