I had to leave this review for the digi group, they are just outstanding! They are always courteous and professional, which sounds like meh until you have dealt with others who are not so much. One technician from another company came when I was alone in the office, stood right over my chair, crowding my private space, and asked me if he was "going to have to come here every day until you get it right" when showing me how to use the new copier. It was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. He was upset that he had to come back and show me how to do something, I guess he got in trouble at his job when I called them to ask questions. We spent thousands of dollars with that company but I will never use them again. The Xerox WorkCentre that we purchased from the digi group has been an excellent machine over the three years that we have owned it. The quality of the projects we print is unsurpassed; the machine has many options and it does exactly what we were told it would do. The cost to print is reasonable and the technical support is outstanding. Everyone that I have dealt with at the digi group has been very supportive and quick to provide whatever we need to get the job done. I highly recommend their products and mostly their services as they have the most excellent personnel! I never hesitate to contact them whenever they can help and they have never let me down. Even in the middle of a big rush project they are on-the-spot to help. Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. The printing was perfectly done, on time, and reasonably priced. They've got a new customer as far as I'm concerned and I'm looking forward to never having to go to FedEx ever again, unless I'm just feeling like I need a good cry.

Classic quoted my job just under other local printers and slightly above a couple of online groups. I just got my order and there is no apples-to-apples comparison here. Classic's quality is so much better than the online stuff that it's difficult to gauge just how much better it is! Absolutely fantastic! After good and bad experiences, I've found that the difference is whether or not they truly care. I got the feeling right away that small, nuanced details matter to Classic like they do to me...sure enough, the product is nothing less than perfect.

However, my boss swore by DigiPrint, so I had them print some Save-the-Dates for me. I was really impressed with the printing quality --- and it saved me from having to hand cut 150 cards! I recently created more cards with them and also loved those. I have changed my mind about digital printing now; the price, speed and quality far outweigh printing inkjet at home. Steve has been my go-to guy and I have been really impressed by his knowledge and quickness. In fact, one Friday I couldn't make it to DigiPrint to pick up my order before 5, so he offered to open the store for me on Saturday so I didn't miss my deadline.
