The priority here clearly feels like the bottom line--not the well-being or progress of the patient. If you are required to attend treatment here, understand that there is little to no actual therapeutic value here. The focus is on checking boxes and getting paid, not helping people. The environment feels hostile, unorganized, and unprofessional. The staff experience was particularly concerning. From the intake process with Moses being poorly handled which set the tone for the lack of organization throughout the program. Marysol and Sara were often rude, judgmental, and appeared biased. Group sessions lacked structure and professionalism. Sessions lack structure and real guidance. Marysol is disorganized and in and out, while Sara expects groups to run themselves with minimal guidance, and when she did engage, it often felt targeted and critical rather than constructive. Be very cautious about what you say in this program. Part of completing it requires you to admit to your charges and pass a polygraph at the end based on what you've shared in class. Keep your statements truthful but limited to what you were actually charged with. The less you say, the better. If you're required to attend, understand what this is: comply, don't overshare, and go along to get along. This place runs on court contracts--not quality care.
