The orthopedist sat me down sent me to his guys or wanted to and when I asked if I could go to where I felt comfortable he was very dismissive. I got the MRIs went to him and said here the MRIs he glanced over them and said yeah you need to go to physical therapy. 5 minutes when I wouldn't go to his people he was very dismissive. Went back, told him the physical therapy wasn't really working he said you need to see a pain management specialist. 5 minutes again he gave me names that were an hour and a half away from my home I said what about summit medical and I was dismissed. Then what I'm filling out my disability form, he's the only one that doesn't fill out the form. The office response was you are no longer a patient he has no obligation to fill this form out for you. Only when I copied my attorney in the email did I get any answers from them and then they sent it 4:00 p.m. the day before the claim was to be closed. Claim was closed and denied. I have to start all over again all because of them. Stay as far away from them as possible!

When your time is up to start with another exercise and your therapist is working with someone else the free one is right there to start you with another exercise there is no wasted time inbetween exercises. They check the laptops look up your name and continue on to the next one. When I went to other Rehabs when the ONE therapist had a couple of patients there he couldn't be able to take the proper care. At IVY there are 3 therapists that are right there.No time is wasted. Iam so glad that I found IVY and Can't wait to get well again. I am recommending IVY to anyone that I know and If you are reading this from Yelp you will not be DISAPPOINTED.

It was always, Well the doctor looked at your X-rays and say he thinks..... Was not satisfied with the service I received or with the (lack) of helpful plans for moving forward. Was not given any options for immediate pain moderation. In fact, my needs seemed not to be heard. Very frustrating when you're trying to manage pain. I ultimately went to another doctor who gave me knee injections and the pain almost entirely went away. I just have to be mindful not to torque my knee when walking. And have regular chiropractor appointments.
