Received a hoodie that was branded incorrectly, emailed customer service that same day. Waited 3 weeks and had to reach out again to a customer service agent, as well as a background screaming child who told me that they would send me a return slip for the incorrect product. I told her it had been 3 weeks so it was worn and washed, and they would not accept a return or refund the money. Poor customer service and the lack of integrity of the company is enough to make sure i dont recommend or return. Hope this helps. read more

My workplace had worked with the same apparel vendor for years and their pricing, service, and communication had gone downhill so fast that we decided to cut ties. We reached out to multiple local apparel vendors and received multiple quotes. We were most impressed with the customer service from IMS Branded Solutions, which is the primary reason we switched. We have been working with Trey at IMS Branded Solutions since late February. We are just getting our big apparel order this week, and I cannot speak highly enough of his great communication. He's answered a billion questions that we've had (our leadership team is fearful of change!), he let us come in and pick out apparel, he built out our online store (this is my new favorite thing), he got us gift card codes to provide to our staff, and the "swag' we've received so far has been great quality. Seriously - pens, carabiners, hats....they're SO nice. We look forward to continuing to work with Trey and IMS Branded Solutions for many years to come. I have used IMS Branded Solutions to order embroidered clothing for the company that I work for, I've also ordered silipints (silicone cups) with a very special and specific design on them, flashlights and will soon be ordering umbrellas with our logo on them. They have always delivered in a timely manner and worked with me to ensure that the logo or other design requested is EXACTLY as we want it. I had emailed almost everywhere in town to see if I could have a project done in a very short timeframe. I had a few respond but IMS Branded Solutions was the first, so I told the rest no. We spent the first day emailing back and forth and ended the day with an email I had sent to them, waited the whole next day for a response but ended up checking back in since it was such a short timeframe. She said I had never emailed back, which I did and had proof of and then we attempted to move forward. She kept asking me for sizes and quantities and I kept responding saying I would need a design and price (at least a rough price range) before I would be able to know how many and what sizes. This went in circle for a while until I finally responded again and she replied the order would have had to have been out by 10 am to get it in time. There was never a design given to me, never even a rough price range. If I would have known they wouldn't do it to begin with, I would have gone with another company.
