Two couches sustained mold damaged while being in storage for almost 2 years, so we had to part with them. We left the couches inside our fenced-in yard. Jeremey came by, picked them up and let us know when he left. He accepts several different forms of payment; we happened to use Venmo. I'd say our job was on the easier side, but it appears they handle and haul all kinds of junky situations. Highly recommend. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

But they're always upfront and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. Turnaround time is fast and they're very punctual, but if you're in a real rush, they do offer a fair upcharge for expedited service. Still, I'd definitely recommend giving them at least a week or two, especially if you've got a dance or special event coming up. He determined that it would be expensive to fix the air conditioner function of the unit. I asked him what a new unit would cost. I wish that I would have decided to have the unit repaired instead. I paid $2900 for a PTAC unit that retailed under $1000. So I paid $1800 just to have the old unit taken out and the new one installed into the existing cutout and existing sleeve and grill. Then all they had to do was plug in the new unit into the existing outlet, test and calibrate the unit, and then they were done! I could have purchased the PTAC myself, swapped it with the same model,and saved myself $1800! The technicians that came were polite, courteous and very efficient. I realize that the price was all inclusive. But that is the price that would involve cutting a hole through the wall, installing a sleeve and panel, and putting in an electric plug to power the unit. Unfortunately, I didn't question the price since they don't provide itemized estimates. So I'm just going to have to suck it up. I do have to say that I feel that I was "taken to the cleaner"....

I came home from vacation yesterday with a hot water heater (gas) that crapped out. Plumber came…read moreout (love them, other review), and told me there wasn't enough circulation to sustain the gas heater, hence it crapped out after seven years. They suggested Neumiller, so I called them and they were at my house within an hour to install a new breaker and run the line from the breaker box through my crawlspace for my soon-to-be-installed electric water heater. The tech, Tony, was AMAZING, quick, efficient and very nice while he explained the process. Even the person I spoke with on the phone (Kim) was very kind and made sure she got a tech to me as soon as she could. THANK YOU!! Within 24 hours of returning home, I now have hot water again.

The first company (not Ace) that came out gave us an estimate of over $40k - new builds have the gas and electric meters next to each other, but on our older home, they're on completely opposite sides of the house, so we knew there would be additional costs, but we were shocked at that total (which put the project out of reach for us). Called Ace for a 2nd opinion. Their estimate was much more reasonable, and their tech (Jesse) was extremely knowledgeable and discussed all aspects with us (we needed to update our electric panel, move the meter from inside to outside, and needed a plumber for one bit as well). They were responsive and helpful as we were getting those other updates done, Jesse was prompt with great communication and the install went smoothly (this was especially appreciated as we have salt water fish tanks, so we had to set up alternate power for them on the day of install, since they can't be without heater and pumps for more than an hour or two--not that big a deal but it did mean we had extension cords running out through the garage to the car, and the Ace team was fine working around that). We had one glitch the first week the self-test ran, we texted him and he came by within 24 hrs, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away (at their--well, the manufacturer's-- cost). We know we can call them any time we have a problem or question, or in a year if we don't want to do the service/oil change, he said they're happy to do it, but they're also fine if we feel comfortable doing that ourselves. Honestly, it could not have been a better, more positive experience and I would highly recommend Ace to anyone for any home electrical needs!
