Nine days later, I went to have my car washed again and a different attendant could not find my active membership in the system. I showed her my receipt, and she insisted it had to be on a different phone number. Well this place is the worst car wash and service imaginable their track suspension system was not properly padded on day 4 of my membership and the rail cracked the chrome on my front driver wheel and when I reported it the owner MARTY would NOT even bother to call me personally to discuss it. Instead he had his employee /son Robert apologize and then tell me Marty refuses to take responsibility. Then in the meantime Marty has Added new padding and poles to properly guide cars in so that this might not occur again. He also refused to view his multiple camera system and claimed he doesn't have ANY footage. Don't take the chance he won't stand behind any damages even after we discussed it and I wasted time to get the estimates. The line on their page about it being better for the environment to use their car wash instead is dead wrong...bc you are still going to have to wash your car at home after...This might be one of the worst car wash locations I have ever been too. First, the water smells like rotten eggs, which makes sense when you want a clean car... oh wait. The human with the hose that is supposed to "pretreat" is always rude, and incredibly ineffective. It's amazing to me that people can be so rude when you aren't even speaking with them...anyway. Once you get into the wash, it is no better. The brushes are too hard and scratch everything while somehow simultaneously not getting ANYTHING off the vehicle. I have been to this wash twice. The first time, it wasn't good enough to get dead grass off the sides...and last time, it left literally everything; leaves, spiderweb (the kind that is just one single strand, so it shouldn't be hard to remove) it didn't even get the water spots off the glass...just added to them. Just opened on Jan 20, 2018, and everything looks new and nice. They have about 20 FREE to use self-service car vacuums, and offer washes starting at $5 with about 4 options going up to about $20, and an a la cart option for add-on's. So quite a variety of services for a low price. You can check in yourself on their hi-tech menu board, choose your options, and pay with cash or credit card. They also offer monthly unlimited wash packages from about $20 to $40 where you get a window sticker and when you drive up to one of their two arm gates, it will scan your window sticker and raise the gate to allow you entry. The few different staff members and the owner were all friendly and nice to talk too. After about 1 year of this previous car wash being shut down, it's great to see a new car wash re-opened back in the same location. Ruskin and Apollo Beach areas needed another car wash in the area, so this is a welcomed new business. read more

This used to be a good car wash until last week . With the $5 car wash they turned off the dryer's. There were still soap marks on car. Talked to the manager on site and she had an attitude about it. She said you only get 3 dryer's instead of 8. Until today i have never had the dryer's not work. Another car pulled up to complain as well, im sure she got the same BS as us. Love this place and the people. But my favorite is the vacuum cleaners because they work good and free. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also have pre wash for the live bugs your can use before going into the car wash. It's busy but never crowded so I never have to wait for the vacuums. Trash cans are every where so easy to throw trash you have in your car and you don't have to walk a distance. Car wash is affordable as well. read more

I've gone here several times the last couple of months and always do the $15 package which comes with wheel shine and other extras that really get my van sparkling. I love that it comes with a free vacuum with purchase. I just wish they had people to hand dry the vehicles after they get washed like they do at my favorite car wash back home. Staff everywhere you look and all seemed to be happy. Pulled in and vacuumed for free and was greeted with a hello and a smile. Used there cart which has windshield spray and bug spray to clean bugs off ahead of time. They have a bucket full of soapy water with brushes to clean your rims and tires. Easy access to the wash and a mostly spot free wash and dry.. Hoping they have monthly deals, I'll check next time. read more

I've used this car wash several times, usually as a last resort. I don't like that the full wash (exterior) is $20, especially considering I can get unlimited exterior washes at Mister Car Wash for $30 per month. I used the wash on today and when I got out to adjust my side mirrors I noticed that a back decorative panel on my vehicle had come off. My vehicle is a 2017 and in perfect condition. I spoke with the manager and he would not agree to cover the cost of repairs through the dealership. He insisted that they purchase the part at wholesale and then replace it themselves. He finally agreed to cover the wholesale price of the part of I insisted on going to the dealership. I immediately went to the dealership and had the part repaired. I called back to the wash and they retracted the amount they said the part was and then informed me that they had not cleared it with the owner and would need to speak with him late next week when he returns. I am a meticulous car owner that travel for a living so my car see lots of bugs and road debris daily. Due to my job type, I hand wash/rinse my car daily due to my obsessive OCD. I know this car like the back of my hand and take pride in assuring perfection. I never used mechanical car washes because Ive always heard of the damage they cause to your car finish and accessories (Should have stayed true to that belief). This time of year brings a lot of love bugs, so washing them off my car daily was taking a toll on me physically. I decided to go against my beliefs and get a monthly car wash subscription, at least until the season changes. I went to In and Out Express Carwash since it was close to my home. I opted for the $30 Unlimited wash. My car went through the wash and came out with black sludge all over my powder coated wheels. I parked the car went into the office and the Asst Manager advised me that it was the Armor All the car wash used for the tires. He gave me a cloth to wipe it off my wheels. As Im wiping this sludge off, some has dried...Mind you the wheels were hot from a daily drive, the "Armor All" sludge baked into the finish of both of my front wheels. Not to mention the car wash job itself was horrible. Upon completing an "Incident Report", I met with the Manager the next day whom placed the blame on the finish of the wheels vs the black sludge from the "Armor All". I advised him that Ive never seen Armor All look like black sludge, he advised me that due to my late visit at 430pm, the system was dirty and contaminated....I then advise that this could be the problem....He later claimed the wheel's finish were damaged prior to the car being washed. He felt that a refund was valid enough....Bad business. STAY AWAY IF YOU METICULOUSLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET A BETTER HAND CAR WASH LOCALLY!!! read more
