They're affordable, let you know about other service recommendations without pressuring you, take the time to explain why you may need other services, and the waiting area is clean and welcoming. While you wait, there's usually cold water and some candy in the waiting room. They are usually pretty fast with getting your service done and I'm just now seeing they have specials as well! There were also several people that walked in while I was waiting asking for things and they are honest when they can't/don't have the supplies to execute a service. Really nice people!

I brought it back at my convenience and was told it needed to be left for at least three hours to diagnose. I thought this was very strange, since the $4K job was diagnosed in less than an hour.
