It was coded incorrectly, and I asked them to resubmit to insurance with the correct code. They ignored me. But I'm complaining about this particular office. Called Tricare back and was seen down the street 3 min away without an issue. Last thing a person hurting needs is to jump over a bunch of red tape bureaucracy. I will say the ladies at the counter were friendly but the rules are just unfortunate.
