I chose the Crisp Ivory arrangement which is described as a "bouquet of wondrous white blooms [including] Casa Blanca lilies, roses, hydrangea, fragrant stock and more in a glass bubble bowl vase." To confirm delivery, I was emailed a link to a high-res image of the arrangement left on my friend's doorstep. The actual arrangement looked similar to the website picture. It was beautiful. Their most recent success was a "designers choice" long and low centerpiece duo for a bridal brunch I was hosting. I spoke with a design rep on the phone who PERFECTLY captured my "girly, brunch, preppy, Kate-Spade-with-champagne-rose gold flair and a touch of texture" cryptic vibe order. She asked (as they always do) if I had specific flower types or requests. I didn't, tried to explain my vision and they DELIVERED. Not only were the arrangements stunning, but their customer service is top notch. They emailed me an invoice/receipt and confirmed my order back to me all 3 times I called them (I'm a perfectionist and probably stressed them out). They made me a cup of their branded Earl Grey while I "waited" for my order (it took 60 seconds for them to locate it in the fridge and pack it securely in boxes for travel) and they insisted on carrying it and loading it into my car for me since I had heels on for the event. 11/10, 100/10. My girlfriends have brought up their pricing being a concern, but time and time again I have found it well worth it for the quality, attention to detail, and service provided. We had nice girls day out experience creating with fresh flowers. They also accommodate weddings, special occasions, and floral arrangements ready for pick up. On delivery day, the driver couldn't access the gated community -- understandable, totally valid frustration. What happened next was not. An employee named S*** called me SIX times back-to-back while I was in a business meeting. When I finally answered, she was rude, condescending, and outright hostile. Zero empathy. Zero problem-solving. Just attitude -- directed at a paying customer who ordered flowers for someone post-surgery. Then came the refund. What a special spot! Tucked away is a beautiful florist shop with the kindest workers and the most stunning flowers and decor. Plus, happy hour every Friday 3-6PM with free wine and BOGO flower stems is unbeatable! I came in on a Friday during happy hour after getting a giftcard for my birthday that the store was holding for me. When you walk in, they have the prettiest flower bar and you can start arranging your bouquet while you enjoy some wine. It was so much fun to design my own bouquet! I chose 12-13 stems for my bouquet and it turned out beautiful and for only $26 during happy hour! Great deal and very fun. After you've picked out all your flowers, you tell the workers and they package them up nicely for you in a little bag. They also have plenty of plant pots, plants, candles, decor, gift baskets, pre-made bouquets, and so much more to shop! When I informed the workers about my giftcard being held, they immediately remembered and went to the back to grab it. When they came back, they brought a Happy Birthday balloon with it! So sweet. I hired In Bloom Florist / Events by In Bloom for my wedding on May 31, 2025. I paid a total of $10,220.17, with nearly $4,800 going toward floral arrangements alone. What I received was deeply disappointing -- and nowhere near what was sold to me during the planning process. From the beginning, I was shown inspiration photos and a proposal that featured lush, full floral designs. These visuals were what I based my expectations and payments on. However, what was actually delivered fell drastically short: Altar florals were visibly undersized and lacked the fullness shown in the proposal. Pew arrangements were small, thin, and missing key elements like the elegant ribbon details I had selected. The "cascading" piece that I paid an additional $280 Per table to upgrade looked incomplete and nothing like what was discussed. Even the baby's breath, which replaced greenery per my preference, was browning and wilting on delivery -- clearly not fresh. I provided side-by-side photo comparisons and reached out to the team directly. They offered a $1,000 refund, which I did not decline -- I simply asked for a fair adjustment based on the floral portion I paid and what I received. Instead of negotiating, they withdrew the refund entirely, claimed their work was perfect, and blamed my wedding planner. Let me be clear: my planner confirmed to me that the florals did not reflect what we paid for, and the venue wasn't even fully set up until after their team left. So we didn't even see the final setup until later. If you're a bride considering In Bloom, my honest advice is: Be cautious. If something goes wrong or isn't delivered as promised, they won't take responsibility -- they'll deflect, deny, and do the bare minimum to protect themselves. I trusted them with one of the most important parts of my wedding. That trust was not honored. read more

After a disaster of an arrangement sent from the Heathrow location, Erin from the Orlando made it right! My twin had passed and a friend from Kentucky ordered an arrangement for me. Once I saw it, I called the original location explaining it looked like someone just stuck 3 of these, three of those, etc. into a glass jar. That employee said "it's hit and miss with the lilies, was sorry I did not like the arrangement my friend chose, and did not understand that some of their styles do not fit everyone's likes" The roses were limp, and petals from the purple flowers dropped off in 2 days. Maybe since it was a "funeral arrangement" the older flowers are used, since they'll die soon!
